Novid20 ist ein digital Product Studio, das ursprünglich gegründet wurde, um den Kampf gegen Covid-19 mit intelligenten digitalen Lösungen zu unterstützen. Über ein Jahr lang waren wir und unsere Produkte Teil der größten PCR-Schul-Testprojekte in Europa. Mit den gesammelten Erfahrungen haben wir uns gewandelt und arbeiten nun als digital Product Studio an großen Projekten in der Humangenetik Industrie und an einer App, die Menschen dabei hilft, ihre Mobilität umweltfreundlicher zu gestalten.
Your Job
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Steer and monitor project progress in close cooperation with the IT department
Collaborate closely and maintain good relations with different project stakeholders
Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Manage internal communication flow
Hold project progress presentations internally and externally
What you bring to the table
Hands-on mentality to flexibly work in a fast-paced startup
2+ years of proven experience in project management
Excellent written and oral skills in German
Team-player mentality with excellent communication skills
Creative and flexible problem-solving
That's a plus
Interest in health-IT
Knowledge in PM tools
Experience in the field of consulting and business development

An attractive salary package based on experience and performance with the option of project related bonuses. The minimum salary for this position is 42.000€ gross yearly.
Novid20 is a digital product studio, that was initially founded to assist the fight against Covid-19 with smart digital solutions. For over a year we and our products were part of the biggest PCR-School-Testing projects in Europe. With the experience gained we have transformed and are now working as a digital product studio on large projects for a big player in the human genetics industry and on an app which helps people to make their mobility more eco-friendly.
